Melco Crown Philippines officially announces that its star brand City of Dreams Manila will reign in the Entertainment City on 2014.
The competitive rise of hotel and gaming establishments has brought additional points to the tourism status of the country. With the aim of developing another venue for excellent hospitality, diverse entertainment and culinary treats, Melco Crown Philippines (MCP) introduces City of Dreams Manila that will soon provide Filipinos a heightened level of entertainment and leisure.
Pegged from its well-known sister companies in Macau and Melbourne, MCP will build an approximiately 260-room hotel with posh interiors and brilliant service. MCP Co-Chairman and Chief Executive Officer Lawrence Ho shared his excitement in creating a new luxury destination for the metro. “I am delighted to announce that we are bringing the highly successful City of Dreams brand to the Philippines. It will herald a new era of entertainment in Manila and will provide visitors with an exceptional world-class gaming and entertainment experience, delivering international standards of retail, food and beverage and hotel amenities, together with diverse and innovative lifestyle and entertainment offerings. City of Dreams Manila, developed by MCP and in partnership with SM Group’s Belle Corporation, is expected to be a resort complex in a 6.2-hectare site by the middle of 2014.
